Why Urban Training?
People tend to stick with a regular workout routine. Over time this becomes less challenging and interesting.
I want to show you how you can use the environment around you so you can incorporate exercise into your daily life. This may be taking advantage of your lunchtime or staying active even if you cannot squeeze in a full workout.
Also not everyone wants to work out at the gym. Walls, stairs, kerbs, benches, railings etc can be utilised in a fun way to exercise.
